Real Estate Services and Pipe Yard Selection
Identifying, Locating and Negotiating leases for: Staging Yards, Warehouses, Railroad Spurs, and Barge Facilities
Identify rail/barge discharge locations near pipeline ROW.
Identify multiple staging yards that will accept rail, barge, and/or truck delivery.
Identify warehouse storage facilities at or near potential staging yards.
Prepare staging yards to meet all state, local, federal and environmental guidelines.
Lease barge or rail unloading sites, staging yards, and covered warehouses. All leases are subject to company approval.
Prepare staging yards while coordinating with the Environmental and Archeologist to make sure all requirements are met.
